POLYPROPLYENE SPUN & MULTIFILAMENTS

Q.K/PP/555 is manufactured on 3-ply construction of 100% P.P spun yarn both warp & weft. Average weight of fabric is 330 g.s.m.
Uses: due to thinner quality it is mostly used in filter press, filter bag, notch filter, leaf filter where less pressure is required.

Q.K/PP/888 is manufactured on 3/6 ply construction on 100% P.P spun yarn both on warp & weft . Average weight is 650 g.s.m. Twill weaves
It is used in filter press, centrifuge bags, notch filters, drum filter fabrics, butter fly filters. It has high strength, low air permeability & very long life.
Basis users: pure chemical industries, oil industries, acid tanks, wax industries etc

Q.K/PPF/555   it is 100% polypropylene multifilament of weight 280 g.s.m. This quality is mainly used where Q.K/17 is used except fine filtration where solid is not obstructing or blocking spun fiber. The filament is both warp & weft. Plain weave 

Uses: due to thinner quality it is mostly used in filter press, filter bag, notch filter, leaf filter where less pressure is required.

Q.K/PPF/666 it is 100% polypropylene multifilament of weight 410 g.s.m. this filament is both on warp & weft. Twill weaves.
Uses: notch filter, leaf filter Basic users: pharmaceutical industries 

Q.K/BTC/017 it is based on 5/5 construction on 95% cotton yarn & 5% nylon yarn. It has an average weight of 930 g.s.m. It has thickness of 1.8mm & high strength.

Uses: primarily used in biscuit industries & on those units where to support horizontal transport of material.

Q.K/BTC/018 it is made of 100% cotton yarn with a thickness of 3 mm to 4.5 mm

It is on plain weave. Weight varies from 1.8kgs to 2.5 kgs per g.s.m.
